Syracuse Circle meetings take place on Tuesday nights (6:30pm to 8:00pm). Specific dates vary month to month. If you’re interested in attending, please check our Calendar of Events page for specific dates.

Please note the location has been moved to James Street Parlor at 457 James Street in Syracuse, New York. We greatly appreciate the collaboration with Unity Church. However, because of the rising temperatures during the summer months, the meeting has been moved to James Street Parlor (which is temperature controlled).

Offering “an open ear and moral support” is less of a “service” (in the conventional sense) and more of a willingness to bear witness to your story. CNY Seekers acknowledges that the social stigma pertaining to “unbelievable” experiences related to UFOs, UAPs, ghosts, and other paranormal phenomena is real. And the impact can be one of isolation and loneliness.

CNY Seekers aims to shift the dynamic from isolation to community. Instead of unexplainable phenomena being the cause of isolation, the goal is to position unexplainable phenomena as the reason for connection. We don’t pretend to be experts or have all the answers. But we do believe that “unexplainable” phenomena are possible. So if you are someone who has experienced such phenomena, CNY Seekers can offer an open ear and moral support. If you think sitting down and talking with receptive individuals about an experience you’ve had would be beneficial, we’d love to hear your story.

When bearing witness to one’s story, our approach is guided by a handful of foundational beliefs. First, we believe in staying grounded in “reasonable” explanations while also understanding that “unexplainable” things can and do happen. Second, we are not certified mental health experts, but we do believe that mentally and emotionally grounded individuals can and do experience unexplainable things (and that doesn’t mean they are “crazy”). And third, our focus is on understanding, rather than dismissing.

We can’t promise answers and solutions, but we will try and support you as best we can. Please note that this could involve a referral to another local paranormal investigative team.

CNY Seekers is about building community around topics related to unknown phenomena. We’d like to bring people together by offering a dynamic speaker series that covers a wide variety of topics. If we can secure funding, speakers can range from local experts and experiencers to those with national and international audiences.
